How do I pressure test them?

video sounds like boost leak? Have you done a boost leak test?




In the past, at least w/internal wastegates I've just used a basketball pump with a hose between it and the gate which worked to build pressure. I found a hose that fit inside the schrader valve almost perfectly.

Do you have seat ring installed between gate and manifold ? it looks like another vband but its smaller and fits inside the gate.

no i just have it vbanded together.
i thought the other rings were there for weld ons.
so there should be the mani vband - ring your talking about - then tial vbanded on to that?


going to show you all how I have my tial vbanded on. give me about 15-20 mins.
mean time heres some parts i didnt use when installing the tial mvs

how its hooked up 38mm to vband adaptor to tail is how i have it hooked up.

the one to the right is the wastegate seal/seat, that have to be installed. the other 2 are flanges.

where do i instal it at keo?
inside where the spring is or where im vbanding it together?

Ah yall my seat dont work with the vband adapter its to small.wont fit in there
