If you want to check your headgasket pull all your plugs out and test compression one at a time with the radiator cap off. If it's blown between coolant ports and cylinder it will push coolant. Check the obvious as well. Like the back of the oil fill cap and your reservoir for milkshake. It is possible to burn coolant though without it getting in the oil...seen it several times. Test it cold and at normal operating temp to rule out temperature sealing issues.

I would verify my timing next before anything else. Especially since your cas is all the way one direction. What color were your plugs? Black? White? Brown? Pics would help. Your gap should be just fine where it's at.

The car is switching to the knock map after you do a pull or two. Try a new sensor or bolt it to the chassis.

knock map just pulls timing, shouldn't cause the car to stumble only feel sluggish.

Went to check my tps voltage and saw that ground wire was mostly broken.. Hopefully this is causing some of my problems.

Anyone know how I should fix that properly?

Can i take that pin out somehow and add wire to it so I have something to work with?

pull the pin out and add a length of wire to it. Then solder and shrink tube. To pull the pin:

Pull the colored plastic piece out of the center of the connector side. Get a jewelers screw driver and push the tiny little tab holding the pin in and tug on the wire to get it out. You'll know when it comes out right because it slides out fairly easy. Don't force it.

I have a spare tps pigtail if you need one.

Got the pin out , soldered a wire to what was left, reinstalled pin, shrink wrapped, soldered up new wire to harness. Hooked up my multi-meter. Was getting a .42 reading after I figured out what I was supposed to be doing. Had it at .48 started tightening bolts, bottom bolt starts getting a little tight, then feels loose. WTF BOLT BROKE FML. Calm down gently back bolt out. Bolt actually has a cunt hair still holding it together and came all the way out. Damn that bolt was weak as hell. I'll be going to the hardware store to get some new ones tomorrow and I'll get it set to .48 and see if that makes any difference.

Also figured out why my pedal felt like shit, the cable came out of the circle thing it sits in by the throttle body. Put that back.
