I really doubt it..... They just don't have the "balls" to do it..... Remember it takes balls to make 400hp
No not se-rious at all..... of course there are non ball bearing turbos that will hit that goal, lol. I was just being silly.

My set up made 420whp and 300 lbs torque on c16 23 psi. On a precision 6266
