Thread: Can you help me identify this RWD T2 turbo? Pictures included.

Found a local deal I may follow through on. I'm confident this is an s14 t2 flanged turbo, but not sure, and would like some help.




I thought this turbo would be a nice upgrade to my w10 t25 avenir setup. Can anyone provide me with some help on figuring out what type of turbo this is?

whats the p/n on the metal id on the chra. Its not a s14 t28.

Looks like a z31 turbo

I'm having the seller shoot me the serial number, he said it came off an sr20. Just curious are the z31s also t2 flanged?

84-87 are t3's and 88-89 are T25's

I think I figured it out without the serial, looks like a stock rb25 t3 flanged turbo, could also pass for a z31 turbo. It is not for an SR20 unless you have a custom manifold. Looking for something easy to swap over from my t25. Thanks for the feedback, I'll be passing on this one.

actually. i am wrong it's a RB25 T28

That turbo and DP is really similar to a T3 Skyline 2.5 GTS turbo i had on hands no to long ago... but if you´re in US chances that it´s not... not many around...
