Alvin the easiest thing to do is mount it under the car in line with the fuel line leading to the filter. I believe if you search ashtons thread you will see photos of how he did it. Whats the need for 2 pumps? are you going to run e85?

do you have a voltage stabilizer relay hooked to the fuel pump. its common to have issues with the b13 fuel pump relay as they age. it causes low pump voltage. You also could have a bad pump. the 044 can be tank mounted with some modification. or you could by a aem or walboro pump that fits like stock. I have been using the same walboro 255 pump for 8-10 years now.

Id mount near the tank on the bottom, the 044 doesnt have to sit lower than the tank but its always better for them when they dont have to prime up. I mounted mine right next to the tank when i had my dual pump setup.

I have mine mounted under the car infront of the fuel tank. Then I ran new aeroquip hoses up front . I now know when my fuel is getting low because she screams
