Like others have said, you can get used to, and drive a clutch like that daily. You will learn how to slip the clutch. I've done it on two different cars myself. Just be aware the clutch material won't last more than 10k miles under those conditions. The PP and flywheel surfaces will be toast by then too.

Have one in my car. Drivability isnt bad at all, pedals like stock and it grabs well. Imo very easy to drive and engagement isnt as harsh as its claimed to be. Btw, my fx500 is a 4 puck. 6 puck should be a little better drivability wise.

Are you going to be putting the car on slicks? If so that clutch is not going to hold if you plan on making more than 400 ft/lbs of Torque.

They also have 2 options,a 4 puck and a 6 puck, hdb4 and hdb6.

What code for $249, I can only get to $255 with "clutchmaster"

Yeah I went with the 4 puck and Idk about slicks maybe some really sticky drag radials hmm that's interesting the FX500 doesn't perform well with slicks huh?

My buddy had a Clutch Masters FX500 Sintered Iron Disk and spun it with around 460whp and i'm going to guestimate about 350-370ft/lbs of torque. He was running M&H Slicks size 24.5X8.5X13. Keep in mind that the Sintered Iron Disk holds more power than the 4-Puck.

Until April 30th, the code "taxbreak2013" will give you a proper discount
