I am currently running depo gauges in my car. Nicer than prosport but not as nice as defi. I would not run autometer because their sending units suck.

What about the Innovate G3 Gauge line?

have not tried innovate stuff. I do use their wide band with a db gauge. Never had a issue with that or any other of innovatives products.

There are so many to pick from, but the only nice looking green one (yes, I know) is another one from Prosport. I don't know if I want to go that way or not...

I thought another option might be to plug the default oil pressure spot and put in a wafer style (not sure what it's called) sending unit in. It would be located farther from the exhaust and the hotter part of the block.

My sending unit is in the stock location with a nissport adapter. I would use depo gauges. They are assembled at the same factory as defi and use the same stepper motors. As for the sending units depo, defi and prosport use the same sending units. I have had all three in my hands to compare them.

I need to save the cash right now for other things, so I just ordered a glowshift (cheapo, but made in the same place as prosport, as I understand it). If it reads differently, at least I will know it was the gauge or sending unit at fault. I'll get some nicer gauges when I have more cash available, or when I do my VE+T swap as accurate oil pressure readings will be a lot more necessary.

I'm also going to run new wire from the sending unit to the gauge itself, just in case... and a fresh ground to the manifold.
