Don't hold your breath

These are SR20 specific ID1000s

Worth a try. I hope you get this sorted. I will be moving to id1000's with the next turbo setup.

The tip is different, it goes around the cusion and the start of the silver part above the o-ring in the picture is what seats against the custion.

You can see what i mean there. These injectors had no lower o-ring.

By what your describing your better off to purely use the oring seal and bore the manifold out to fit the o-ring. The o-ring seal is more than enough to seal it. Ive been using purely o-ring seal on my new manifold and its never had issues. No seats or cusions.

I was wondering what those little rubber cushions were that came with the IDs, lol. I think I figured it out... I took the lower green rubber o-rings out and replaced them with the little cushions that came with the IDs. Those cushions fit into the inner bore of stock SR cushions. Bolted down the rail, and looks like it will seal. Thanks!

Now I'm worried, my id1000s stick way into the manifold. You can't see the silver part, the car runs normal though.

You wont be able to see the silver part. On a ve they will sit lower in. My de mani i had to use the seat kit. They are o ringed cnc ma hined seats for the smaller cusions. On the ve you dont have to use any kit. Just the cusions the id injectors come with.

Remove the lower ID supplied oring which should be a 202, and replace it with a 109. You dont necessarily need to use the stock bigger grommet.

The factory injector bore diameter is the same pretty much through all SR's. With the exception of the GTi-R which uses factory top feed.

I included the stock cushion on mine so it looks like it belongs in the stock port location :nevreness:

Mine stick way in, past the metal section. Is that no good?
