Was that the best place to mount the radiator?

How do you plan to get that exhaust to go down. Don't look like there's room to snake it through. Normally the manifold is built to provide clearance for that.
I'm sure you will figure it out. How does the 6265 feel compared to the BW?

Looking at it again there might be some room. There's always a way to get done.

Yes, pretty much. I have a full size radiator that I was consider chopping out about 7 or 8 rows out of to fit the hot side charge pipe through and keep the same piping route but yeah, this seems to work pretty well. Once the cooling plate/grille is in place, youll never even really know its there. It will hid all of that and make the front look pretty good and clean and also give an upper support for the radiator.

Plenty of room for a 3" downpipe, right under the hose and as close to the manifold as possible. No issues there. I already mocked it up with some intercooler piping to see if it would fit. Basically a straight with a 90* bend and another straight down will fit just fine with the right cut at the v-band flange on the turbo. There is more room that it appears.

The turbo is night and day better all around than the BW was. Dont need to rev to the moon to spool the thing. I mean pretty much anything more than 3k you can just hear it wanting to build boost and go. The thing sounds like a jet engine. Ill take some vids here shortly driving around. By 5k it will make whatever boost I have it set to and it doesnt fall or taper and pulls hard all the way to 9k. Soo much better of a powerband. I love it and should have gone with this turbo or the 6765 in T4 rather than the BW. Dont get me wrong, the BW was an insane turbo, but it just needed some help spooling or more powerband/revs and thats just risky to the motor. This motor will rev to 9k all day long and take it.

not that i couldnt google it... but could you give the lbs/min for both turbos?

also what turbine a/r were you running with the BW?

pretty interesting RAD placement... I think a veteran builder like yourself should consider a custom RAD... maybe something shorter but wider would accentuate your current setup... but that suggestion is purely cosmetic

Love the new build!

I'm glad to hear everything is good. I'm sure Jorge will put nice tune on it for you. I'm flying him down here to tune my Datsun once it's done. He's been putting out some 1000+hp tunes lately. He calls me everytime he reaches a new highest HP on the dyno.

Good luck bro. Keep it safe on the streets.
