Board on the jdm ecu is different from a usdm iirc. Post up very detailed and clear pics of your bay, piping and hoses(iac, pcv etc) as posted bfore.

Oil leaking past valve cover seals, pressurized crankcase restricts the pistons movement thus reducing efficiency/power.

Is your valve cover breather hooked up to the turbo inlet? It looked capped off.

only place i would think im getting positive pressure to the crankcase is where the oil catch can is connected from on the pcv valve i need to put a check valve there and no the valve cover in not connected to the turbo outlet. one it goes straight back to the block where the factory oil catch can used to be the other has a ghetto breather i made and the last one is the pcv to oil catch can to intake mani

How bad is the blow by? When mine started doing that I had a start of a cracked ring land

It doesn't look like your vacuum/ crank case tubing is correct. Check out this link.
