/for oil supply get a brass 1/8 nipple and tee.install sender connect a steel braided line or whatever your liking is and run it to turbo. oil drain,use the stock location,drill tap n done. coolant tee off to line as close to turbo.make sure when you run your lines that you steer clear from compressor as much as possble extend primary o2 wires.if you are trying to keep ac use the 1.6 line or improvise to make 2.0 hose work. make sure you also get a dog bone mount for the front andreas sells a good unit and so does greg.without it your oem mount will not fit.piping will be fun. get an ebay kit and cut n fit. o0r you can save some money get a top mount n use a hood scoop.cheaper that way to get started.if you go this route make sure turbo clocked up.you need to improvise a decent amount to get the hot pipe to the intclr.use of slim fans etc.bov of your choice..as for maf and intake sensors unwrap your loom to the branch and reconfigure route of wires to where they need to go.as for egr, you can either cap it or find a way to make it work.donwpipe from vrs. hope this helps. good luck

The Manifesto has the info on the size of drill bit and tap to use on the block.

You always want the oil to drain back above the oil level if you can to prevent the drain from becoming blocked. The oil comes out of the turbo drain in a frothy, bubbly nature and has zero pressure behind it. This means the drain backs up VERY quickly if it doesn't have a clean drain path to a wide open area. If there is oil at the bottom of your drain, the drain will back up in mere moments.

Also, since the motor is out, you could opt for an oil filter relocation...but I understand wanting to get it done-it's just much easier when the motor's out. I always hated the OE filter location and orientation.

I spliced into the line after the relocated filter for nice, clean oil...

So no one has tried to run oil and coolant feed from the blank spots on the block, by drilling and tapping? Only reason i ask is because i have nice fittings and lines from my det. Now i am doing a ve+t.

Don't those use banjo fittings? If the surface is a smooth machined surface, I suppose you could...maybe some have done this and would chime in...I have not. I don't know what thread pitch that is .

Have you checked the manifesto Ben mentioned above? Excellent resource there!

Well i have searched, i figured i was within the thread because i plan on doing the oil drain in the same place. Was just wondering on the the lines. I have searched, It just hasn't been easy to find.
