Okay, this is wierd.
Took her out for a spin again right now. At idle, AFR's are fine. Once I put her in gear and slowly let out the clutch, AFR's go CRAZY rich, and I have to give her a bit more throttle to keep her running. Once cruising, AFR's bounce a bit more than I'd like, but under WOT, she's in the 11.0~11.2 range on the wideband, and the turbo REALLY scares me now.
Definitely some issues that need to be worked out, but she's driveable for now, I guess.
Anyone care to look at the log from calumsult?

Oh, and of course the vacuum is still low, but I don't know whether to blame the gauge or not. The vacuum/boost gauge reads about 5~8inHg. around idle.
