Do me a favor, do a couple of wide open throttle datalogs (program doesn't matter) and note approx what your AFR was. I'll use that to setup the scaling on the bigger injectors.

On the other issues, I would contact Swiss and load the exact same program he's using. Your cars should run identically. If not, start working through whats different.

Will do that today, Calum.

I talked with Nate last night, and he compared his bin to mine, and they're plenty different both in timing, and in fuel.

I'm going to hit up Swiss via PM.

Did you get my e-mail?

No, I won't check my e-mail until July.

I posted my bin in Calum's section on the non-dash. It's 9.5:1, but it should still work OK.

That is exactly the same as what I sent him last night.

LOL! Well thanks again to the both of you.

I talked with Chriscar today via phone, and I'm thinking I still need to pressure test the vacuum system. There's got to be a leak somewhere that just isn't showing itself to me. The AFPR doesn't want to increase fuel pressure when free revving the motor, like it should be. I had Chriscar verify that his fuel pressure does indeed rise without load applied, under free rev.

This could only mean that something is causing an intermittent vacuum leak, which is preventing the FPR from adjusting according to vacuum/boost, like it should.

Okay, so I built a half assed pressure tester, and disconnected the piping at the MAF to do my pressure test.

NO GO. Damn there are so many hissing noises I hear coming from the BPT valve, and the AAC nipple on the charge pipe, it's not even funny. Manifold does NOT hold pressure. I put 35psi of air into the system, and if I shut the valve off, the air is gone in a matter of about 10 seconds. So, I need to figure out how to remove the BPT valve (EGR valve already removed), and re-route vacuum lines to basically ignore the BPT valve.

To be continued...

Do you have emissions testing?

Nossir. Just have OBD2 computer scanning. IF I could remove everything without throwing a CEL, I'd be a happy camper
