i think a KOYO is a great piece but unless your building a 500hp track monster or 200hp VE time attack se-r that will be running 2 hour races and beat the hell out of it ,its a bit much . IMHO.

Well, the fans come on at 210, boiling point 212 degrees. When cruising you shouldn't be more than about 180. And when you're stopped it will go to 210.

You need to bleed your cooling system, I bet there's a big ol air bubble somewhere.
