Is a Koyo really necessary?
I'm starting to put together my project this weekend and I'm not sure if I should buy a Koyo/aftermarket radiator. Here's my setup

B13
W11 DET
Protec equal length
Sc61
S4's
Calum Realtime
alot of misc. stuff

The only thing I've upgraded as far as cooling is I changed to dual 10" pusher fans and WaterWetter. I live in MD and temps very rarely get above 95. I've upgraded almost everything on the car so should I upgrade the radiator or am I good? Let me know what u guys think

Hmmm....

I would say at least go with an NX radiator. I'll let you know how my temps are when I finish the 30R build. Intercooler piping goes on on Wednesday. I don't think it'd hurt to go koyo.

I picked up a nx2k radiator for $50 and it keeps my temps solid at 210-230 in the nice 103 degree south florida weather. But ive only got a t-25 setup, either way its still hot.
