should be just fine. a good tune will make all the difference. but 8psi is fine for those motors.

ive been runnning a RR since 03 and never once have i had a problem,

Ive had a Garret T3 super 60 series runing 8 psi low boost and 12 on high

a T25 at stock boost and now im running A GTI-R T28 with HKS wastegate 8 psi low boost and 13 on high, it runs great.

alot of people will knock on the Roller rocker but to tell you from my experience , the RR is a good sr20 motor it can handle boost like the old sr20s and shares similarities with the VE motor.

jp in chile has done some sick stuff on a RR:

Look for threads he started on the other forum. RR's have higher compression and lighter cranks, so they make really good power. That said, it is no coincidence that handfuls of people have blown up RRs. They are much less resistant to detonation. Your tune must be spot on and don't ever push your MAF or injector limits.

it will handle it fine. just use good gas. I bet you can get 12psi out of her with a good tune and 14 out of a conservative tune.

I am using 370 inj, Z32 mafs , and JWT 4 bar program also A/F is dam near at 12 , was able o fine tune it on the dyno to get it to that point and it runs great.

using the JWT ecu allways runs a bit rich but the Apexi Safc helped me out on the dyno.
