Blow through experience, no. I did however have this issue a few years back with my nx. I actually found that my wires were plugged in wrong. There really is not much that cause this to happen. Another person pointed out that you should check you cranking pulsewidth in your maps. Did this tune come from some one reputable?
Here is what I would do. Assure your plugs are hooked up correctly. Disconnect the anything after the maf and bolt on a air filter. Your car does not need the intercooler piping hooked up to just start. Verify you tps value and settings. Two different tasks. First you should get your hands on a analog multi meter. It is more accurate for this test. Hook one lead to the ground and the other lead to ( ) I forget which pin. This is on the tsp. You will then slowly roll your throttle open by hand and look for any flat spot. Flat spot being and area where the resistance does not increase. If no flat spots are present, then you are good to set your tps. The value to set it at can be found in the how to section.
Be sure to check your throttle stop as well. These can come loose if you were doing a lot of work. This just ensures that the throttle is closed and adjusted properly to the cable. Also check your cable to make sure that it is adjusted properly.
Have you done a compression test? What compression are your pistons. 9.5:1 should be around 185 +-10, 8.5:1 should be like 175, 170? However, your engine will run with less than that, it will just run like shit.
Also, what type of spark plugs are you using? I have never, ever, ever had good results from anything other that ngk. I had a set of bosche once that would not let my engine start.
