Thread: A/C with U12 Bluebird Setup

Hey everyone. I tried searching for Air conditioning in the turbo section. I came across a thread that talks about using a 1.6L A/C hose.

The type of turbo setups people are running doesn't seem clear though. My question is has anybody run a U12 Bluebird setup either with TMIC or FMIC and retained A/C?

If so how did you go about keeping your A/C?

Is the issue a clearance problem between downpipe and A/C hose?

my mate still has his with a front mount, I don't have it in mine any more. I tried to ind a photo in his built thread on

I used a 1993 1.6 ac line with a 1993 sr ac compressor. In the g20 i used a stock ac line and t25 o2 housing cleared fine.

i have working ac on my 93 nx2000. you use a factory 1.6 b13 line. bolts up the same, just positions the line closer to the radiator, and away from the exaust.
