Thread: TD04 Turbo On B13 ?

my question is . would the td04 be good to put onto my b13 sentra . this turbo was given to me complete so wondering if it would be worth putting on .

Is it a subaru specific td04? If so itll require a lot of modification to be useful. Otherwise, itd be fine if youre not looking to make huge power. Basically like a t25 but a little smaller. They run out of breath by 6500

it came off a volvo 740 . i read it was made for better spooling . i dont plan on doing anything big the most 8-12 psi of boost .

Sell it and buy my gt28 lol . The exhaust housing is three bolt flange If i recall Too much work .

i have the downpipe too lol . but man i would love the gt28

td04's are great for "off the line" powerbands. 2500~4000rpm is a good range.

so pretty much short shifts for this type of turbo . anything higher potential turbo blowing

No. Turbo blows hot air and boost levels drop because the turbo is small.
