tapping it it not the big problem-it's finding the correct materials to go from the tapped hole/fitting to the existing egr tube.

Most if not all of the flexible stuff I'm finding is galvanized steel. From what I've read online it says that when you weld this stuff it produces cyanide which can make you sick. I can't find anything that says it this same effect will be had with the heat from the exhaust.

Other than that, this pipe snake is the perfect size and flexibility!

Yea I'm getting a code that's keeping my monitor from being ready. This is the code, P0400 OBD-II Trouble Code: P0400 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Flow Malfunction

I searched the hell out of the forum and came across something about a 68 ohm resistor. Either it doesn't work on my 2000 Sentra SE or I connected it to the wrong place but the light still comes on.

and its been about 2 years and no issue, its very thin so i used muffler cement because its too thin to weld by mig i believe, but if never gave me problems so i didnt really bother with it.

ohhh, i never knew u was running a 32 bit ecu, yea for the se and p11 ecus 00+ i would recommend running a stepdown into a b14 ecu and call it a day, thats the only real way to get arround this problem. the resistor only works on 16bit ecus , last i checked i never found anything on egr removal ect ect on 00+ sr ecu. what does the code state?
