Tell us then, what have you not tried?

I tried everything. This is why I posted up here.

EXCEPT installing a wideband..............

Question,

Is the motor stumbling and misfiring that is causing the black smoke or is it idling smoothly but throwing black smoke. Your issue might be elsewhere. If its stumbling and misfiring throwing black smoke you could have an ignition related issue, maybe mechanical cam timing or your base timing is off.

You might want to recheck over everything else mechanical wise.

i had issues running rich one minute and lean the next just cruising 10% throttle. Whenever i gave it more gas it would run rich and break up before building even 8psi. I pressure tested the pipes, checked maf and tps voltage, new plugs yea it ended up being bad plug wires...

I am thinking mechanical. Pop the cover and see if you can set it up to TDC. It's not hard for that change to jump time.

If it comes down to it, take the turbo shit off. Slap a header, intake, and de injectors/ecu and see what it does.

If you guys tried everything it is almost a definite mechanical issue.

I've read the whole thread and the only thing I can suggest is do a power balance test from cylinder to cylinder to make sure all cylinders are equal. While the engine is at idle pull one plug wire at a time and pay attention to see if each cylinder is affected the same. If this gets you no where I'm pretty sure you cam timing is off. You can still adjust your timing and have it be at 15 degrees and still have one of your cams off a tooth or two. Trust me I did it myself that's why I say this. With bad cam timing you'll have low vac reading and lack of power definitely. Take your Valve cover off and take some pic of your cam marks at TDC. Take pic of the crank pulley on TDC too. I hope you give it a shot And let us see your marks even though you confindent in your work. Good luck man!!

Injector driver #2 was bad in my ecu. That was the issue.
