And you dont just go from 1000cc tune on 800cc injectors does that even make sense your telling the computer you have 1000cc inectors but are only running 800s and yes that will have a huge difference on the car.

you sure your mechanical timing is correct since the cam install?

I did that to try and rule out possibilities; ecu injectors ect..

Motor never ran with stock cams so yes I'm confident the timing is correct.

Ill get another tune for the current injectors this week

doesnt matter you could of done the cam install incorrectly by chance

Check/clean/verify ECU grounds are tight on the intake manifold.

Did you relocate the battery to the trunk? If so, do you have at least one thick main engine ground from the block/head to the chassis?

Check all wiring under dash. Its a city car and they are known to have cut wiring all over.

Sanded them today bes, I also do, aren't you there now? Nice thick ground wire clean grounds all around. Unfortunately I'm not good with electrical, I need someone to look for me because idk what goes where there is a lot I bullshit wires underneath that are not factory.

It wont be driveable at all with a 550 tune. Thats why its dumping fuel like crazy. Not even at idle man. Need a tune specific for the 75 lb injectors. End of story....problem solved.

Will the engine rev above 3k? If not like they said your running in limp mode if thats the case.

Either way I think you really need to go over everything and make sure everything is 100% before continuing on. Vac is low because its running soo shitty, the sputtering and stumbling will cause the vac to be low like that.

Research man.

I still think your tune is way off and your using mix match tunes from who knows where trying to get it to run correctly.

you say fresh map but from whom and for what setup cause your using crap from all over and need to get the correct tune period end of story.

John the Greek. I guess my vac could read better.

You got it. I tried 550s and 800s on the current tune. I have switched ecus with a 96# tune with my current set 75# and no difference between them all. Car runs rich.

but is your tune for 3 or 4 bar, also is the return line for your fuel clear and flowing easily. can you confirm your fuel pressure because a walbro pump on a stock regulator puts out above 43.5 psi.
btw ngk plugs kick ass in my opinion.
