When it runs the fan is on, but not when the key is turned in the ignition.

The tune is for my old 550's which didn't make a difference with them in so I got a set of 75# to confirm it was not the injectors.

the fan turns on right away? and your using a 550 tune on 750cc injectors does that seem right?

The tune is whats causing the problem nothing mechanical from my past experience.

On second thought, what are your a/f ratios at idle? Do you have a a/f gauge?

Thought about it but side feeds are expensive..I like my top feed. These injectors are not the issue.

I have a Wideband but no bung for it yet. I don't need kne to tell me my car is running to rich to drive.

right but easier to diagnose when your troubleshooting like this and how will you know once you get it going correctly that you arent harming the motor?

I've been lazy, I'm well aware they are very important especially in my situation. I'm looking into getting a bung welded for me so I can have that piece of mind.

Ill know when my car isn't sooting like a diesel truck and sounds and acts like a healthy running motor.

800cc but it shouldn't matter at idle. It should be driveable even with that tune correct?
I used a friends ecu with a 1000cc tune and his maf and no difference.

So you have a 550cc tune trying to run 800cc injectors. I think you may have answered you own question as to why the car is running the way it is.

You need to get the bung welded in and start tuning.

Or source a map that you can use that is set up a little closer to your setup.

Put a laptop on it via the consult and monitor the data live.

what kind of 800cc injectors you running you just said you had 75lbers in the first post.

Also did you check for vac leaks and boost leaks?

I still think your tune is way off and your using mix match tunes from who knows where trying to get it to run correctly.

you say fresh map but from whom and for what setup cause your using crap from all over and need to get the correct tune period end of story.

One last thing, what kind of spark plugs are you using. Anything other than NGK will run like this.

this makes no sense to me. your car runs rich on 550's, 1000'c, and 750's. yet you say you are tuned for 550's. what fuel pressure is your tune for?
