It was either bov related or just another defect Precision turbo. Again all too common.

when I got home after the track I unplugged the drain line and started the car. oil came through and it drained perfect and pressure seem normal..
when I took the turbo apart it looked clean w/ no oil leaks anywhere.. Not much but enough noticeable shaft play to make the fins touch the housing..

just got back from the man cave and all is good with the BOV and Wastegate no issues there

So from what I've gathered:
Oil pressure= Seems good
feed, drain line and fittings=Good
Blow off valve= Good
Wastegate= Good
Results= most likely a defected turbo from precision...

PTE is definitely the best bang for your buck.

Hey Kev are u running a restrictor?
what size feed line are you using?

JUST a though Would the BOV not opening cause this?

I'm not running a restrictor and I think I have -3 feed.
Did you prime the system before starting the car for the first time with that turbo on it?
It takes a while for the oil to make it up to the turbo sometimes.
