my turbo kit
ok guys i have been trolling for like a year and have been doing alot of research.im slowing building a turbo kit for my b14 with a jdm sr20de highport obd1. im 95% sure its from an nx2k its got the stock lsd. anywho, i need some opinions on what i need and got so far including supporting mods cause im getting a little closer to finishing the kit

Kit so far

bluebird t25 turbo
bb manifold
370cc injectors
small frontmount intercooler
piping couplers and clamps 2.5inches
greedy bov
z32 maf
-3an oil lines and fittings
-8an oil drain lines and fittings
sr20det stock fpr (trying to get a nismo one for cheap)
solid motor mounts

what i think is needed and need help deciding

Chipped 0bd1 ecu (cheapest and best option idk what you guys think)
3 bolt compressor adapter for piping the intercooler to turbo
downpipe (cant find one for cheap)
ebay water lines
frsport 11psi internal wastegate with bracket (idk little help here)
aem wideband
boost gauge (havent decided yet)
turbo timer
after market clutch (havent looked into it yet)
drilled sloted rotors
good brakepads
tools to drill and tap the block

my biggest issue now is choosing an engine management system
this is my daily driver looking to make 250 to 300 hp reliably as a dd

i live in miami florida if that helps

soooo yeahhh sr20 owners unite

JWT ecu's are safe and have reliable tunes, they dont cost too much either
downpipe (cant find one for cheap)
There are used one for sale on the forum every now and then. I've seen 2.5in's go for $70-$110 shipped
boost gauge (havent decided yet)
Autometer and VDO are both fairly cheap and accurate gauges. You can either go Electrical or mechanical on these. I prefer Mechanical since mechanical gauges tend to respond a little bit quicker than electrical
turbo timer
You dont really need one. All you really need to do is dont get into boost too hard prior to parking and you can shut your car right off. But I like to let my car sit for about 30seconds to a minute just to be safe.
after market clutch (havent looked into it yet)
for your 250whp setup, a JWT PP mated to a B15 SE disc usually does the trick. They don't cost too much either., I'm sure there are other setups that can take more of a beating
drilled sloted rotors
good brakepads

upgrade to AD22's if you can. Hawk HPS's are pretty good pads and good for street use as well.
tools to drill and tap the block

Thats about all I can help you with at the moment.

sounds like you have a pretty solid set up for a dd planned out. Check out JKtuning. He can help you with your ecu options.
