So I apparently misread somewhere, they don't make a 5-bolt 0.82 exhaust housing for the 6262. I'm gonna have to go to a local PTE distributor with my head and manifold to check if any of the other 0.82 housings will work with my setup.

I just bought that same system on ebay for $220 shipped, I bought it from coolingmist directly and it's brand new.

I was bidding on one and lost the auction, then I got a second chance offer with a Buy It Now price of $200. Didn't expect that.

Anyway, I already ordered a .82 T3 V-band 6262, 8.5CR CP pistons, Manley Rods, ID1000 injectors, Mazworx Head Studs, GTiR main bolts, VE head gasket, ACL race bearings, etc.

The only relevant part I haven't bought is the fuel pump, I have a Walbro 255 but I will likely get either a DW300 or an Aeromotive 340. The rest is just fabrication. I'm also contemplating getting a Turbosmart eBoost2 boost controller but not sure yet.

Water Methanol Alcohol Injection Kit with compact trunkmount tank complete | eBay

If anybody is interested, you can bid on it and if you don't win it you will likely get a second chance offer.

Sounds really close to my setup. Hope I make 4 - 500. Do you think the Walbro 255 will handle that power? Is the Aeromotive 340 unit necessary, or just insurance?

Insurance on my case, I've had that pump for about 5 years and they are notorious for dying when not used. I haven't used my car a whole lot in these five years.

Gotcha. I've been debating on getting one. I don't know if a Walbro 255lph will keep up with ID1000s and AN6 fuel line or if I need to get the Aeromotive 340lph.

go aeromotive and hard wire it in

Yeah you have to rewire the fuel pump when you get big numbers I've heard that the stock wiring likes to call it quits when being pushed.
