How much WHP with this setup? 6262, O2, BC2, Protech EQL, etc
I searched for a bit but it seems that everybody is going VE-T and I couldn't find a comparable setup. I'm changing my turbo setup and wanted to see, what WHP you guys think I might see and at what boost level.

I have a highport DE with DET rods and pistons, but will probably swap them for aftermarket forged ones. This is is what I've got:

-8.5 Comp
-O2 Induction intake manifold
-BC2 cams
-Protech EQL manifold
-3'' downpipe and exhaust
-MSD 72lb injectors
-N62 MAF
-Precision PTE6262 (.63 5 bolt hotside) I was thinking about a .70ish hot side but I've seen that 6262s go from .63 to .82 and I prefer the .63 from those two.

I've got everything on that list minus the 6262 and the forged internals, I'll be buying the internals next and the turbo will be saved for last. I'm shooting for the 4XXwhp mark and if I could break the 500whp mark that would be great but at that point the injectors and the MAF would be the limiting parts.

You'll break 500whp. About 25psi or so. Possibly more than 500whp. I hope you can rev that beast, the 6262 loves the rpms.

500whp on pump.

I did 400whp on pump only difference being 3076r. Everything else is the same. 1bar of boost.

Water Injection, Methanol Injection, Alcohol Injection Systems | Coolingmist ...buy this and you should make 500whp all day long

Thanks guys. I was contemplating water injection but hadn't done any research recently, that kit looks well put together and fairly affordable. I'm pretty much sold on it.

I got a VE oil pump for it, and will be taking the engine apart so I can get it ready for what's to come.

I put a VE head gasket, new OEM bearings, new OEM head studs and seals a few years ago or less 10,000 miles ago.

I'll be ordering ACL race main, rod and trust bearings. VE head gasket, VE oil pump spacer, seals, head studs (looking for Golden Eagle B16 studs but no luck so far). I'll be resurfacing the block and the head. I'll also be getting CP pistons and either Eagle or Manley rods.

Am I missing anything or buying something that I don't need?

After the engine is assembled I'll buy the 6262, modify my intercooler piping and make a new downpipe. Last thing I'll buy is probablly going to be the water/meth injection and another boost gauge since the one I have only goes to 20PSI.
