I used my nismo afpr on my 60 trim setup up to 30psi of boost roughly between 530-550whp or so without any issues whatsoever along with a walbro 255lph pump.

Its really not the whp you have to worry about when it comes to a regulator but the size of the pump your using. Any given regulator can only bypass soo much fuel during low rpm light throttle when not much fuel is required.

Really has nothing to do with whp.

- I just wanted to ask to make sure. I don't like to guess when it comes to fuel. That's part of tuning, but thanks for the reply. I planned on using a stock rail on nismo 740cc, nismo fpr, jegs oil filled gauge, and a 255hp pump to do the job. My wheel goal is only 450-500.

That is perfectly fine. I ran that setup on my 500+ whp setup.

So that Tomei regulator, ebay fuel rail, ID1000cc injectors, and Walbro 255lph, would be fine for 450 - 500 whp at 3 - 4 bar fuel pressure? Just trying to decide on a nice FPR for my setup and I really don't wanna lean out.

Yes, that setup would be more than enough for 450-500whp and you can run either 3 or 4 bar and you want to base that off how much boost you plan to run on the turbo.

You have to remember the fpr raises fuel pressure 1psi for every psi of boost. So say you start off with 4 bar pressure, 59psi and your boosting 30 lbs, that makes your fuel pressure at full boost 89psi and that is gonna strain the walbro pump. The ID1000's can handle it no problem. So you might want to do 3 bar which again is more than enough with those injectors just to keep the strain off the pump. Last thing you want to do is strain the pump and it not keep up.

I ran my 60 trim setup w/ 740's at 3 bar and was good to roughly 550whp with them.

Keep it simple. It will make things much easier on you.

Guys I guess pricing has gone up... drift tax perhaps... Nismo is no longer a good option.

I'm running aeromotive eliminator afpr, nismo 720cc and custom steel (I think) fuel rail... mounted on the rail, no problems, works great. Got it new for about $130...
