which can be done on a stock manifold and a t2 turbo. Also can be done with only 15psi. if your going to have a custom manifold made you might as well go t3. If you are using the stock manifold the t2 gt3071r will make the power you are looking for. here is a dyno from my car. corrected it made 398whp and 285lbft. this is 15psi with a t2 3071r. I know others who have had similar results.

I have made up my mind now. But the poll is getting very interesting now. Looking a peoples options. Maybe the next question i should ask is why. A big spilt on a bigger turbo from the smaller one.
I think the bigger t3 option is better as although starting off as a standard sr20ve, it will most probably get built in the future.
Thanks again guys.

Comp Turbo - CT2 5858 Billet

Journal bearing with billet wheel and largest A/R possible. Call and ask em for a price, guarantee its cheaper than Precision and quality is equal or greater.

You can even get it with a T2 flange, internally gated, and .82 A/R

Thanks again for the input, but my turbo kit is now being delivered...

The turbo can also be known as... Gt3082r (gt30/gt40r)/ Gt3040r

Why would this even be considered an option on a VE?? VEs like to breathe and restricting it with BOTH an internal gate AND a T2 backhalf is going in the wrong direction........ESPECIALLY if you are running a non tubular (or equal length) manifold
