Ya i line honed it...but on the arp hardwar i built a ka about 4 years ago also with cometic & arp and ive gone thru 2 chassis and the motor still has same compression and power with no issue

Big difference, KA is a Cast Iron block vs Aluminum. Just like Evo guys like to use ARP studs as well, again Cast Iron Blocks wont have the same issues with threads pulling out, distortion and so on that aluminum blocks will have.

Again if I were you I would at least ditch the arp head studs and Cometic gasket.

Other than that you say you took care of the bottom end. Thats fine and will work fine. But not the head studs and gasket.

Its your build and up to you. You might be fine or you might have problems. Some have had luck with those parts others have horror stories. Why take a chance when you can get parts that nobody has horror stories about????

Do GTIR Main bolts look different from stock main bolts?

^^...yup..tuff choice its ganna set back the build it might be the way to go.

If u dont line hone it. it wont spin the crank will jam up.

yes Gtir bolts have different markings on them. They are made of a different/stronger material than the normal DE/DET bolts. Same size you just torque them slightly higher per the GTIR torque specs.

With the arp main u also have to grind the end of the Last stud cuzz upper pan will hit it..

Again because they are improper. Mazworx has a set of arp2000 material main studs that bottom in the holes and dont stick up as far and clear the pans without problems. Much stronger stud and a proper stud. Still require line honing of the mains but not as bad.

I prefer to just stick with GTIR main bolts. They are stout as hell and no line hone required. Good to 723whp so far and not even a sign of issues with them.

Line hone is alwase the right thing to do anyway

^I'm glad I got my GE head bolts from you(ashton) when I did. Nobody on eBay even had them at the time. Doesn't look like they are going to be making anymore.
