Thread: would this turbo work?

I'm new to the turbo scene... I saw this add on CL and thought if it would work on my 96 ser that it would be a good deal.

1g Mitsubishi eclipse turbo charger w j pipes and walbro high pressure fuel pump.
TD04 Turbo charger has low miles and comes w oil and coolant lines and J pipes wich will allow to bolt on to 2 g eclipse and galants
The walbro 255lph fuel pump is brand new. It was installed for all but 1 hour and removed. The pump works great. U will need bigger injectors that's where I got cheap and pulled the pump. It is still under warranty and comes w install kit and instructions.


He is asking 125 for everything...

I don't think Mitsu 1g turbo's are t2 flange/t3 flange which are the common manifold types that SR's use...

The only thing that will work is the fuel pump (and that is also not a direct bolt on)

The turbois off a 1G auto, which is a 13G, which is even smaller than our already very small T25.

Also, if it happens to be a T25, it still wont bolt up to our avenir/bluebird/GTI-R mani.
