The cage assembly that fits the inner joint for the passenger side axle of the spec V is too large to fit on the B13 shaft. This is where you could possibly have something welded to fit.
But the sizes are all different unfortunately. Try a CV shaft from an RS5 transmission, the non spec V 5 speed with the VLSD. I'm thinking it could be the "red" axle that Ashton found.
@Coheed Actually, what i was thinking of is using the inner cups( part that actually fits into the transmission) with B13 Shafts and outter Joints( C.V Joint). But that will all depend on if the inners are using a tripod joint or the ball-bearing caged unit, Spline count and size of shaft would also play a role in this.
Have no access to the spec v so everything here would have to be ordered. I can however get complete axles for the nissan bluebird( nissan altima) without the RS5F50V so that would be another option to consider
