I think an asking price of 6500 isn't out of reach.

I was thinking 5500 as a good starting point. Hands down I think I'm in love.

saw this coming lol

i dont think its worth anywhere near 6500.. maybe.. Maybe if it was bone stock. cars drop in value once they've been modded like this. he'd get alot more if he parted it out.

Prob even cheaper than that. How would you get this pass OBDII Emissions test?

I'm thinking you could get 6500 from the right person...

yeah true, but man..

the quarter panel damage is a deal killer imo for 6500, then top it off with its got a highport with no emission stuff and where i live that just wouldn't work without dumping in more cash or registering it in the boonies.

now, if it was a factory engine that had been turbocharged, and would pass the obd2 tests and all that then i could almost see askin 6500.

to OP: i'm a cheap ass, so dont take my low balling to heart.

The blue book value on that car with that mileage is appx. $3200-3900 for a private sale. That should translate to around 4800-5100 for a retail price from say a dealership. This of course is dependent on an unmodified vehicle. If you have no emissions stuff for inspection, as well as no A/C, these issues will degrade the value unfortunately.

With a properly running car in good condition, you could easily get $5000+ from the right person who is interested in that particulare car with that particular setup. Unfortunately, out of all of the people who might be interested in a used RR B15, probably only 2% (just a guess) would be interested in a "modified by owner" version of said car. Most peopple would offer you less beacause it has been modified. Almost nobody will appreciate the time, effort and money you have put into this vehicle. It sucks but it is the nature of modifying and then selling used cars.

This is just my opinion, I hope you get what you feel you deserve for this car. Ultimately, it is worth what someone is willing to pay for it!

P.S. If people are lowballing you on the car, you could always sell the wheels/tires seperately if they are worth any $$. You could also, if it is easy for you, return it back to stock and sell it, then sell the turbo parts seperately. I am sure you already know this but I figured I would mention it anyway.

GLWS!!!
