I listened to McHammer while I used my Lisle tool.

Dis, plugs, wires off
Motor to TDC
VC off
Tensioner out
Cam caps off
Cams out
Rockers and rocker bars out
Shims out
Hook up air
HAMMER TIME

Really?? Cause my head gasket was shot to shit on my DET and it ran the same with no smoke whatsoever and no gunky looking oil during oil changes only reason why I pulled the head was because my catch can was filling up too quickly and it would always tend to overheat. I shut it down before it got too high though.

I didn't say head gaskets have to white smoke... I said it wouldn't be blue smoke... but white instead. You guys are taking my post out of context.

Valve stem seals ordered, will need to borrow Keo's hammer, might just buy my own set if it's not pricey. Will try to post up a how to after I get these replaced.
