VVL head swap reviews in GTIR?

are saying this swap in my gti r if it is worth putting VVL head?

Vvti head fits better and has better valve reliefs for the rod bearings

GTIR my AWD has 288 HP stock, few horses could win by this head swap?

You can hog out a Gti-R head to flow about the same as a stock VE head can.
