Correct me if I am wrong. Technically, if you are signing a ticket, that is in lieu of going directly to jail. You refuse to sign, you go to jail. Your signature is your "promise" to show up. Further, if you don't show up, they issue a warrant for your arrest. Which would/could have happened in the first place, but you signed the ticket.

roasting 4th gear from a roll makes the body shiver

now i dont think i can do under 18psi
