This has happen to me about 4 times when you over rev it spit out the shim a lil all you have to do is replace it or pop it back in place that's all it also happen when you sit on the rev cut

oh ok cool. yeah i believe this is exactly what happened to me. From what I can see, the valve is fine. It came out with no hesitation and it can pop back in with ease. Did your retainer look scored up?

No but pop it back in from what I see in the pic now if it's chip change it
