Update: it appears that my tps is garbage. Checked the volts at closed throttle and was .22 but went to wot throttle and it didn't change at all no matter how much throttle I gave it. The tps was damaged prior to taking the motor out and putting it in the back of a truck.

The voltage that i posted earlier was wrong its reading 2.28 at closed throttle but when i stick the volt meter in the pins, the safc goes down to 4.11 from to 2.28 like the volt meter says. Why would that cause the safc to change the throttle volts.

Bc the circut is closed (on the tps when u stick the pins in to complete the circut) and is porbly showing its WOT voltage on the safc.

I didn't answer bc I wasn't sure what I was reading, grammer wise but u said it right the first time
