Stock Avenir SR20DET Fuel Efficiency
Hey guys,

Having a hard time locating any fuel efficiency information on a stock Avenir Turbo motor. Considering a swap in the future and would like to know if it makes any sense since this is my daily. Not interested in < 20mpg.

Any first hand experience or links to info appreciated.

That's pretty reasonable.
I'm probably only getting something close to that now with my DE.

I got about 16mpg city only with lots of boosting, and 27-30mpg highway with minimal boosting on a 2660lb Sentra SE-L

Do you mean time spent in boost, or with the boost turned up or down?
16 is rough. What psi are you running?

This is about what I am seeing, but I'm getting about 20 in the city.

with mixed highway and city driving with LOTS of hard pulls hitting full stock boost i get about 200 miles from a full tank on my 91 nx2000....and this is a very low mpg because of the going head gasket and poor intercooler setup....just for the record all that stuff is getting fixed
