This is an ASP VET manifold, it's a lot better then any stock manifold because of pronounced individual runners. Regular VET manifold is better then GTiR because it lets you use a 4" comp housing, I'm not sure on if it flows better though.

Don't ask me how, but while pulling in the driveway yesterday I stalled the engine. Started back up to a heavy misfire. Pulled plugs, replaced. The misfire was replaced by a ticking noise. The #1 cylinder threw a shim out and looks to have bent the first intake valve. Grand.

The valve looks to be stuck slightly open with the cam up, I can put the shim back in under the rocker... so that's not good. I guess lugging the engine could have caused this, but I doubt it. I think the valve bent first, then threw the rocker. But what caused the valve to bend?

I have a spare head here. I'm gonna tear into it when I get time. Shouldn't be too expensive to fix, considering what's into the car. It pains me to see this car down, especially this time of year. Not sure what happened, 9k rpm should be easy with s/r and N1.

I hope so man cause I want to rev to 9K and all that I'm doing to the head is N1 cams supertech dual valve springs and titanium retainers and stock valves (or maybe supertech oem sized valves if I can find some)
