I might do that but that would suck because i would have to re time it and take the cams out again.

Zip tie the gears to the chain, put a block of wood or something big enough to wedge the chain so it wont fall down and ur good.

Boi inspect everything single little think in those 2 cylinders. Also when u tested it was the car cold or hot also did u take it for a rid after the retorque?

Both were hot and I just let it idle after the retorque to get it hot I'll find someone with a leakdown tester and keep y'all posted

No signs of leakage from crankcase or bad valve job. So it must be hg or warped head/block. Now to find another ve gasket.

when using a metal head gasket it is critical the head and block are perfectly flat, good luck on the ve gasket hunt, i have given up

Bought a cosworth from thmotorsport today I'll let y'all know the outcome after it's back together. I'm still In amazement how I had 75% leakage in cyl 4 and it still ran strong.
