1.2 mm HKS head gasket
twin scroll manifold(mazxorx diy kit)
3"full exhaust
1000cc ID injectors
tomei adjustable cam gears
honda S300ecu

You will get surge on either. But go 1.06. I did a comparison and the 1.06 performed better throughout the rev range with no extra lag compared to the .78.

thanks Coheed much appreciated but was wondering what do you think about the T4 106 AR divided or do you suggest the T3 106 AR divided housing .

Since your on a 2.2L motor I would definitely go T4 if you have the means to. VE's like to have large turbine housing turbos. Your really not going to see much of a difference in spool by going with the smaller but your top end will benefit from the larger housing by far.

Either way if you go t3, definitely go with the 1.06

Yes, don't mess around with the T3 stuff, it doesn't quite flow enough for good power up top. I made decent power, but you can def tell that the housings in T3 are restrictive.
