Thread: Possible new manifold builder....

I have a friend that used to work ( many years ) for a well known manifold builder , and he has built many of the manifolds already on some of our cars well working at his previous job. He has has started his own fab business since leaving the shop where I met him and was wondering if there was any interest in or community for some new manifolds fabed up by hand using CNC cut flanges ( not the flame cut ones the company he worked for tended to use ) so fitment will be spot on I intend to supply the flanges so I know there will be no issues with them , weather or not they are offered under my business name or his is yet to be decided , but I intend to stay true to my motto that quality does not have to be super expensive( I intend to keep them in 800.00 or so range or less if I can ) , I would love to offer several designs that think we need , a GTI-R placement manifold ( standard and external gate ) and a nice t3 top or bottom mount manifold ( for the bigger power boys ) ....he are a few pics of his work ...

this was a rwd one ....he wants to build a fwd one ....would you guys want a gti-r placement manifold or a t3 top or bottom mount ?? I will send him a gti-r mani to use in the mock up if that is what we want to try ...the idea is to provide pics through the whole construction of it , I believe it should be available with a external WG option as well .....oh and he has a name business name ....
