This is one of those times a realtime would come in handy. You might need to adjust the K value on the rom real time till the A/F gets closer to 14.7-15.0.

btw who did you get the rom from?

directly from Calum. It's the tune that he set on my ECU when I had him build it.

It's still losing power above 6000 rpms. It's idling a lot better, and driving better, but the power is dropping off above 6000.

The power drop @ 6k sounds normal to me since it's a small turbo and you have stock cams. Did u check the ecu for any codes?

Have you checked to see if the injectors are leaking? pull the fuel rail up and turn the key to on to put pressure into fuel rail and see if you have a leak from a injector oring (you really need 2 people for that).

Your running 7 heat range plugs right? I'm pretty sure it's the tune, sounds like your running a very basic tune honestly.

I had thought it was the injectors, so I replace the fuel rail and injectors, but it still does the same thing. And the power drop is dramatic.

I can't remember what plugs I'm running. NGK BKR6E's I think. I need the 7E's?

I'm gonna pull the intercooler and piping off sometime and clean it all out from the oil from both sets of pistons and turbo failing. I also am going to replace the fitting that I have in my intake pipe for the IACV/ARV. I'm hoping that will solve the vacuum leak that I have. Got it to idle normally and ends up that I'm only pulling 14 lbs. vacuum.

If you have some kind of compressor build a leak tester and put it on the intercooler pipe coming off the turbo. Or just put it on the intake of the turbo and put 5psi into it and listen for leaks.

7's definitely help, look at your current plugs and see if they are being overheated. On a lower comp motor 6's might be fine, but 7's are the general plug we use for turbo anything.

I'll go get some 7's. I'm gonna check for vacuum leaks too. I know there is one somewhere, and it's a strange one too. Sometimes it pulls 18-19, sometimes it pulls 12-14, and sometimes it'll start at 12-14 and slowly rise to 19 of so.
