N60 MAF +rusty internals
Well now i have your attention. ill give you a little updater on the situation
I bought a good working N60 MAF (funny thing is on the circuit board itself, it says N62 but anyway) it was never tempered with or opened.
I had a flood due to the stupid hurricane Irene & my shed got some water in it.
I am guessing the MAF was on the bottom shelf of my tool cart & got submerged.
Now i have had other electronic devices get wet, & then after they dried out i cleaned everything up & they still work to this day.
So i am wondering if anyone thinks I'm going to have a problem with this MAF?
Does anyone know a way i can test the MAF? (besides putting it in my car & trying to run it? since my car doesn't have a trans/suspension/interior at the moment?)
Housing
board prior to cleaning
Board after cleaning (it was all surface rust, i assume from 1 of the screws since they seem to be the only other rusted piece
plug end & top cover
