sr20ve-t timing map advice
So I'm hoping to be able to do my turbo install this weekend and I'm not sure what to do about a timing map. I found this u12 bin in the Nistune ROM pack and I noticed that the timing map is much much more conservative compared to a w10 or even u13 timing map.
u12 timing map
u13
w10
I even compared it to a few different s13 sr20det timing maps and its still way lower then anything I've found so far.
I just don't wanna blow my shit up before I can make it to the dyno cause I'm not going to be able to go right away an I know I'm going to try to have a little fun. So do you guys think it would be ok to use the u12 map as a starting point for my sr20ve-t? should I lower the timing some more? If so where?
Just to be clear, I am not asking if this map will make the best power or whatever, I just want it to be fairly safe so i can play with the boost a little.
