the only dyno for my car is in 3rd gear cause it hit the 112 speed limiter on my stock ECU in 4th

i have to agree the down pipe and the shitty port line up on the mani are prolly holding this set up back quite a bit IMO

not to mention the WG is pointing straight up and not part of the "flow" of exhaust has got to be screwing something up....haha

Can you remove the wg and see all 4 runners through the hole? So I take it that you are using a det Ecu with some type of piggyback.

Your wg position is not an issue if these two cars have a similar location wg but with a smaller turbo than you have.Plus cotrim made great power also with the same wg location.
He's making 351whp now.T-25 turbo,stock cams

he's a stock det t-28

You need to get that manifold to line up better. The waste gate location is not a issue. My gtir manifold was modified in the same way. Your graph will be lower if you dyno in 3rd vs 4th. I would have expected that setup to make at least another 50-70whp at that boost level.

Repeat
Ok guys thanks for the responses but I see some of you guys didn't read what what I am running so I will repeat it once again.
Ecu-HALTECH E6X
Head and block-SR20VVL aka SR20VE
pistons-STOCK SR20DET
injectors-APEXI 750cc SIDEFEEDS
Turbo manifold-NISSAN PULSAR GTiR MANIFOLD PORTED INTO ALL RUNNERS FOR WASTEGATE
timing-safe not very aggressive we are going to push it a bit
Boost controller- TURBO SMART DUAL BOOST CONTROLLER THAT WAS GIVING ME A BIT OF TROUBLE AT THE DYNO SO I AM GOING TO GET A NEW ELECTRONIC CONTROLLER.
Fuel and ADI-95 octane with AEM water meth injection coming in at 3psi
As for how the engine is feeling it really surprised me how crazy that 306 whp is feeling

Peak power is generally lower in 4th gear, but the turbo will boost quicker. That's my experience with over 100 dyno pulls on my car and tons more on several different vehicles.

Which dynojet is this model? The 248c I use was a 1200hp unit upgraded with more ballast weights to increase the ratings to 2000hp...

Will fourth gear pulls improve the quality of the tunning

ummm why not just remove the limiter in the haltech and dyno in 4th. The speed limiter should not even come into question with any type of aftermarket ecu or chipped ecu. lol.
