VET head swap on DET

I know there are many threads on this, that's the problem, too many threads and alot of conflicting information. Does anyone have any good links so I can find out exactly what is involved and whether it's worth it for me? Related question, I have a 52F head/block, from what I've read this is an S13 correct?
