seems obvious...mine is dumping toward the ground though and I never considered it filling the bay at all during a run, glad you mentioned this.

The dumping by intake is an obvious mistake, but like nsusammyeb said, didn't even think about the exhaust gasses going back up to the engine bay.

Have you tried a extra fan pointing down to keep the dump gases coming up from below?
The turbo sucki g up gases is obviously going to kill power so people please do t take this as a way to get power.
Just route the gases low and away from the turbo so it has a exit

When the car is in movement there is a vacuum created under the car that will pull the gasses as they exit

I might able to make something work, but on some cars it would be difficult to place it properly.

Right, it isn't going to gain you any power if you have the dump positioned correctly and I most certainly am not trying to show that as the end result.

This is strictly a comparison of a DRASTIC case.

I'll tell you what's drastic. A 4,500 rpm redline and 160 HP turbo motor. What kind of crappy customer cars are you dealing with over there?

Ha.. yea yea. The car ended up making like 295 HP at around 7psi.

Nice to know. Is there a big difference in running and not running a dump pipe with a external WG?

Shouldnt you have a fan facing the front of the car for airflow to the IC anyway? wouldnt this eliminate the problem with gases bouncing off the floor back into the bay?
