How long did the disc last for you?

I felt like I was changing my ACT disks every time I changed my oil. Current setup is ACT xtreme with B15 disk. Its held great but once I break it I'll be going to Clutchmasters.

I'm thinking either an act six puck unsprung, or a clutchmasters sprung six puck...

Both me and my buddy have never had a problem using ACT clutches. My buddy used a heavy duty pp w/ 6 puck sprung and I used an extreme pp w/ both a 4 puck solid and then to a 6 puck sprung. Disk was in the car for a long time before I switched out to a twin disk. Never had any problems other than it started to slip after about 500whp

I have had an ACT 6 puck sprung for about 3 years now with a HD pp. When I swapped my new motor in the clutch surface was worn almost to the rivets so I had a clutch shop replace the face and it was all good I drove the shit out of it and it held up amazing. I think people are coming out with Chinese imitations with ACT printed on it but its not really ACT. Make sure you buy from a reputable ACT dealer and not ebay.

I have always ran ACT Sprung 6 puck clutches (going on 10 years now) with no issues. I have run upwards of 450whp with no issue. I am running HD pressure plate now, but my bigger setups all have XT pressure plates.

I'm sure a majority of clutch problems come from poor driving habits.
